1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to use of the QavRyo website and purchases made through it. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security or the rights of others.

3. Product Information

We aim to present product information accurately. Product appearance can vary by display device, and product-specific descriptions, sizing and availability may change.

4. Prices and Taxes

Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website pricing configuration. This does not mean that all destination-country customs or import duties are included.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods subject to these Terms and the checkout information shown at the time of order.

6. Order Acceptance

An order may be accepted through the order-processing flow. Where an order cannot be accepted, any payment handling will be addressed as appropriate.

7. Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

8. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@qavryo.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

9. Address Changes

You may request an address change before dispatch by contacting support@qavryo.com. After dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed and may depend on the carrier.

10. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Available payment methods are those displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.

11. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is 6$ for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

12. Free Shipping

Orders meeting 50 qualify for free standard shipping.

13. Dispatch

Orders are intended to be dispatched within 3 business days.

14. Estimated Delivery

Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date.

15. Tracking

All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking data becomes available.

16. Customs and Import Duties

Destination-country customs duties, import charges or customs handling charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

17. Lost Parcels

If a parcel appears lost, contact support@qavryo.com. We will review tracking and investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer reshipment or refund.

18. EU Right of Withdrawal

Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods without providing a reason. This statutory right is independent of the normal commercial return policy and must be exercised in accordance with applicable law.

19. Returns

For products covered by our normal return policy, request a return within 14 calendar days after receipt by contacting support@qavryo.com before sending goods back.

20. Return Shipping

For normal non-defective commercial returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, the customer also bears the return shipping cost where that responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant bears the applicable return shipping cost.

21. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are supported. For normal exchanges, the customer pays return and replacement shipping. For merchant-responsibility exchanges, the merchant bears applicable return and replacement shipping.

22. Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods

Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, including mandatory legal remedies.

23. Refunds

For normal commercial returns, approved refunds have an internal merchant processing target of within 7 business days after the returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, and refunds are generally sent to the original payment method. Banks, card issuers or payment providers may require additional time to display funds.

For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, the mandatory statutory refund deadline applies. Where the law permits, the merchant may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back. The internal 7-business-day target does not extend, reduce or replace mandatory statutory refund deadlines.

24. Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable

If clearly personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products are offered, they may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. Rights relating to defects, errors or other mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

25. Statutory Consumer Rights

Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights always prevail over any term that cannot lawfully limit or exclude them. Under an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, the standard original delivery cost will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. If the customer chose a more expensive delivery service than the least expensive standard option offered, the supplementary amount may be excluded where the law permits.

26. Intellectual Property

Website content, design elements, text, graphics and other materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not misuse protected material except where law permits.

27. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Any lawful limitation is subject to mandatory consumer protections.

29. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated value shown at the top identifies the current revision.
